These terms apply to the MyFileTracker website and application. By visiting or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You access the service under this agreement and must use it in accordance with the laws of the country where you live.
You may use the service to keep customer data, orders, invoices and inventory, and for no other purposes. Illegal use or use that harms the service or others is forbidden.
MyFileTracker is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. MyFileTracker is not liable for damage, data loss, interruptions or other consequences of use. You use the service at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping your data and protecting your login details. MyFileTracker is not liable for damage caused by misuse of your account.
For paid features you agree to the payment terms. Payments are processed by a third party such as Stripe. MyFileTracker is not responsible for that party’s card processing.
MyFileTracker may end access in case of abuse or breach of these terms, where needed without prior notice.
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on the website.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
