The terms that apply when you use MyFileTracker
These terms apply to the MyFileTracker website and application. By visiting or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You access the service under this agreement and must use it in accordance with the laws of the country where you live.
You may use the service to keep customer data, orders, invoices and inventory, and for no other purposes. Illegal use or use that harms the service or others is forbidden.
MyFileTracker is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. MyFileTracker is not liable for damage, data loss, interruptions or other consequences of use. You use the service at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping your data and protecting your login details. MyFileTracker is not liable for damage caused by misuse of your account.
The 30-day trial starts after you enter a card in Stripe Checkout. You are not charged during the trial; then the subscription renews automatically at the rate of the chosen plan as shown on the pricing page, until you cancel in the customer portal. Payments are processed by Stripe. MyFileTracker is not responsible for that party’s card processing.
MyFileTracker may end access in case of abuse or breach of these terms, where needed without prior notice.
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on the website.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
